Webinar for the Using the Work of an External Expert Exposure Draft

On February 22, 2024, The IESBA held a global webinar on the Using the Work of an External Expert Exposure Draft! The presenters were Ms. Laurie Callahan Endsley, IESBA Vice Chair and External Experts Task Force Chair, Ms. Saadiya Adam CA (SA), IESBA and External Experts Task Force Member, and Ms. Kam Leung, Principal at IESBA. The webinar featured a high-level overview of the proposed revisions to the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including International Independence Standards) (the Code) relating to using the work of an external expert and an engaging Q&A session.
